Public Offer

Individual entrepreneur Yudintseva Natalia Olegovna , acting on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” , offers any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” , to conclude this Public Contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely.

This Agreement is a public agreement in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Seller's online store is located at: https://sofia-style.com.ua/ .

1.2. Placing an Order on the Site, by phone, via messengers or in another way confirms the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Buyer confirms that, by the time of placing the Order, he has familiarized himself with the characteristics of the Goods, manufacturing materials, color, configuration, production times, payment, delivery and return terms.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2.1. Goods - furniture, furniture structures, products made of chipboard, MDF, fittings and related products presented on the Site.

2.2. Individual order - Goods manufactured in individual sizes, in a non-standard color, with a changed configuration, according to the Buyer's wishes, for a specific room or the Buyer's needs.

2.3. Prepayment - funds paid by the Buyer before the Order is launched into production.

2.4. The shade, texture and structure of the materials may differ slightly from the photographs on the Site due to the peculiarities of the monitor's color reproduction, lighting, material batch and texture features. Such differences are not a defect of the Product.

2.5. Minor technological features of chipboard furniture that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered a defect or shortcoming of the Product.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.

3.2. Information about the Product, its characteristics, price and production time is posted on the Site or communicated by the Seller's manager.

3.3. The Seller has the right to change the assortment, characteristics and prices of the Goods until the Order is confirmed.

ORDER PLACEMENT

4.1. The order is placed through the Site, by phone, via messengers or by email.

4.2. After placing the Order, the Seller's manager agrees on the characteristics, dimensions, color, package, terms and amount of prepayment.

4.3. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the sizes, delivery address, contact details and other parameters provided by him/herself.

4.4. The order is accepted for production only after the prepayment has been made.

4.5. For individual orders, the Seller has the right to require partial or 100% prepayment.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

5.1. All prices are indicated in hryvnias (UAH).

5.2. If the Seller is a VAT payer, prices include VAT.

5.3. Payment is made by bank transfer, through payment systems or by other methods agreed upon by the parties.

5.4. The moment of payment is considered the moment of crediting the funds to the Seller's account.

5.5. After making the prepayment and launching the Goods into production, the individual Order is considered accepted for execution.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS AND PREPAYMENT

6.1. Individual Orders are made exclusively for the needs of a specific Buyer.

6.2. After approval of the individual Order, the Seller purchases materials, reserves components and launches production.

6.3. In the event of the Buyer's refusal of an individual Order after the launch of production or the purchase of materials, the prepayment is not refundable.

6.4. The prepayment is withheld as compensation for the Seller's costs for materials, components, production, logistics and preparation of the Order.

6.5. Individually manufactured goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.

DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

7.1. Delivery is carried out across the territory of Ukraine by delivery services or self-pickup.

7.2. The cost of delivery is paid separately by the Buyer.

7.3. Estimated production times are from 2 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity and workload of production.

7.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods upon receipt.

7.5. In case of damage to the packaging or the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to draw up a report with the carrier, record the damage and immediately notify the Seller.

7.6. Claims regarding mechanical damage after acceptance of the Goods without a certificate may be rejected.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

8.1. Furniture assembly is carried out by the Buyer independently or by separately agreed specialists.

8.2. The Seller is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from improper installation, self-assembly, violation of instructions or mechanical interference.

GUARANTEE

9.1. The warranty for the Goods is provided in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, consequences of improper installation, exposure to moisture, violation of operating rules or natural wear and tear.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

10.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

10.2. Goods of proper quality of standard serial production can be returned within 14 calendar days, provided that there are no traces of use, the packaging and presentation are intact.

10.3. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

10.4. Individual Orders of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

11.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

11.2. The Seller is not responsible for errors in the amounts provided by the Buyer, delays by carriers, power outages, hostilities, force majeure, or delays in the supply of materials.

11.3. The Seller has the right to suspend the execution of the Order in the event of force majeure, lack of materials, technical problems or impossibility of executing the Order.
